As a result of globalisation, significant proportion companies operate across borders and in many cases, work communities are also organised from workers with diverse cultural backgrounds. Due to the intensive flow services, goods labour, differences, conflicts can arise, these tensions negatively affect people organisations' well-being performance. Nowadays, knowledge intercultural competencies more appreciated highly requested by most employers.The younger generations (Generation Z Millennials) were born into diversity have broad mobility possibilities deepen their competencies, but older Hungary had limited opportunities. Cultural intelligence (CQ), which is ability adapt different interactions effectively, be developed effortlessly spending extended periods abroad. High CQ results better interpersonal relationships performance culturally environments. widely researched field within managerial studies, studies focus on international students, young business students sojourners. Thus, our primary goal was explore not just adolescents professionals, middle-aged seniors as well.This quantitative study aimed Hungarian generations' find possible connections between overseas exposure/mobility program participation. To answer research questions, we analysed total dimensional scores 329 respondents compared based participation programs, length frequency exposure.
